PAX East wrapped up only for GDC to begin. That’s a lot of conventioning for any one person. Oddly, at least for me, I didn’t really see any crazy new announcements this week or news story that stood out to me as being particularly amazing.
That being said we’re still getting some new titles, not the least of which being another episodic venture from The Walking Dead developer Telltale Games! (more…)

The oddest piece of news this weeks reminds me that April Fool’s is right around the corner. Though I’m sure it’s not a prank just yet, a Resident Evil 6 and Left 4 Dead 2 crossover is in the works!
Also this week, Nintendo gets sued and Apollo Justice will be in the next Ace Attorney game. Coincidence that the game will be on the 3DS, the very console Nintendo was sued over? I think it’s a conspiracy… (more…)
Jet called it in a tweet last week: I think we doomed SimCity.
After the game was released it was plagued with issues concerning connectivity, gameplay performance, and more. After talking highly of the series and it’s future on the last Bosscast I am more than upset the game has stumbled right out of the gate.
In other news, there are some games on sale you can swipe if you’re fast. And apparently there’s a Professor Layton manga I can must spend all of my money importing. (more…)
Soooo many new games this week to go along with a boatload of new games actually coming out this week. It’s the best kind of news week for a gamer looking for the next big thing: there’s plenty to be excited about in the upcoming weeks, and, now, the upcoming months!
Last week at Sony’s PlayStation Meeting in New York, the Japaneses company officially announced the PlayStation 4. No longer ruled by just speculation, we received plenty of details about the next generation of gaming from Sony. Not too much, actually. Only a few stories tickled my fancy this week, and even those weren’t as grand as expected. I guess I was hoping 2013 would start out with some crazy cool announcement. Hmm… maybe later this year we will finally get Power Stone 3.
