Ten PlayStation 4 Games I Missed
With so many amazing games, it was inevitable there would be a few that slipped through the cracks.

After seven years, It's time to see which games left the biggest impact from Sony's PlayStation 4.
It's the show that never was, so it's also the one that had the best announcements! Let's run them down together!
With E3 less than a week away, let's see what predictions we can hope to see at this year's show!
"What's your favorite video game?" is a loaded question. How do you define what make a game "a good game?"
Sony announced the final lineup of titles for the forthcoming PlayStation classic retro console, and it was… unexpected? Many gamers will see the list (which you can see here) and find a few games they liked playing yesteryear, but will find many more glaring omissions from a console claiming to be a “classic”. Countless outlets have posted lists on the games they’d like to see in a PS1 Classic console, but I wanted to focus on more obsure games that could go in to a PS1 retro console. Here are 20 hidden gems/less common, but still excellent original PlayStation games I’d love to have seen on the PlayStation Classic. (more…)
Another year and another E3 is almost upon us. As is tradition with this blog and many other outlets, it comes time for us to predict what we will see at the upcoming show. I know I always stretch really far in my predictions, but honestly if they would just make these things happen I could stop making these lists. Despite this, I kind of look forward to checking off dream boxes in my head, wishing on what could (and never will) be. Let’s jump right in with 2018’s Top Ten Dream E3 Predictions. (more…)
Recently I picked up Valkyria Chronicles Remastered for PS4 via the Humble Bundle. The tactical/strategy RPG from the PS3 era was always on my radar, and the positive reception the game garnered made me think, “Yeah, I’ll play that someday.” And then someday became hopefully this year. This year became this console. Then this console became an old console, and I never got around to it. This is the case all too frequently with me: I really want to play some game, but for one reason or another, they slip through the cracks. While there are tons of games I want to play, there are a few that I actually do want to play and never get around to them. Even better case in point: I’ve wanted to make a post such as this for awhile now, but never got around to it! So let’s discuss today in no particular order ten games I really wanted to play, but never actually have.
2017’s Electronic Entertainment Expo kicks off this week, and gamers are hungry to hear the new releases coming to their favorite console. Every year brings new content to make your purchase more worthwhile, as well as the announcement of brand new IPs and followups to your favorite games and series. As with years past, before the show fully kicks off let’s make some predictions for what we’d love to see come out of this year’s show. (more…)
Better late than never, right?
After a month offline thanks to an inconvenient WordPress issue, I’m finally able to get back on here and write! And what better way to make up for lost time than to look back on the year that was 2016! There are a few features on this blog that I’d call an annual event, and the top ten games of the prior year is definitely one of them. Unlike other blogs, especially the big sites out there, my list of games doesn’t consist of just games that released in 2016. Rather these are the top ten games I actually got around to playing the past year. Here are my top ten games of 2016! (more…)
