Today at E3 (Day 2)

With the expo more than half over, it’s more about the gameplay than the announcements. Still though, expect to see a few more surprises as the show presses on.

Today at E3…

Fire Emblem: Awakening will be coming to North American 3DS’.

Paper Mario and Epic Mickey 2, both announced earlier in the show, have been given release dates. Both will be out by the end of the year.

Two distinct play controls can be used with Pikmin 3 (The GamePad or the Wii Remote/Nunchuck combo).

A whole bunch of new and awesome information about South Park: The Stick of Truth
was found out.

To avoid confusion with consumers, Nintendo has decided that the Wii U will not be able to stand up vertically like the Wii (in hopes to help inform people it is not the Wii).

The Last Guardian has not been forgotten! It’s just… not coming out yet.

Injustice: Gods Among Us, the new fighting game from the makers of Mortal Kombat, looks to be very promising.

LEGO City Undercover is a lot like old LEGO games, but with a definitely noticeable sandbox twist.

Skylanders: Giants offers new levels, brand new Skylanders types and toys to collect, a raised level cap, and tweaked gameplay elements. I’m game!

Disney’s Wreck-it Ralph, a feature film about a downtrodden video game villain, has  a supporting cast of Bowser, M. Bison, Dr. Robotnik, and more. See the flick in theaters this November.

Here’s PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale in action!

Beyond: Two Souls stars actress Ellen Page in a new survival-ish game from the creators of Heavy Rain.

Nintendo Land was available to fiddle around with.

You can totally play as Snoop Dogg in Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Sold!
**May have jumped the gun on this one. Stay tuned to see if this is true**

Another fantastic showcase of games, trailers, gameplay vids, and fun announcements. Sleep tight, E3, we’ll finish everything up tomorrow.

Laters,
Jsick
