Slow weeks are good for my wallet, which I have to give a break every once in a while. And when the games (or in this case the singular game) I get are quality titles like this week’s, and at a reasonable price point, I don’t mind as much. When will the next big week strike Slick Gaming? Hmm, I’m thinking next Sunday is already shaping up to be a good one…
 LocoRoco 2PSP Release Date: February 10th, 2009 Purchased at: GameStop (Valparaiso, IN – $5) You may recall the LocoRoco series being placed on my 13 Horrifyingly Cute Video Games list, and now I have the second game in my possession to take me over with its cuteness. The game is still about rolling your Jell-O blobs around each level, reaching goals, and enjoying charming visuals around every corner. I really feel the LocoRoco series goes hand-in-hand with the Patapon series because they are both stylish, PSP exclusive puzzle series’ that were well received upon release. Now, I have to attain Patapon 3 and the collection will be complete! |
